The Stanislaus Health Foundation’s effort to improve the health of Stanislaus county residents is to support the work of the Stanislaus County Health Services Agency (HSA) by:

1. Supporting community health initiatives such as:
   • The Stanislaus Family Residency Program
   • Annual medical scholarship awards
   • Purchasing of medical equipment and educational material
   • Active participation in community collaborations such as the Heart Coalition, Asthma Coalition, Centering Pregnancy prenatal groups and the HAY youth group
2. Creating a community health awareness plan
3. Generating income to fund health programs
