She has been the Executive Director for the Foundation since February 2006. Her prior work experiences have enabled her to successfully guide the Foundation through various challenges including reorganization of accounting processes to better meet the needs of donors, reporting and transparency. She has developed a diverse board of directors and has driven the board to undertake a strategic planning process that has lead the Foundation to clearly identify its mission, vision and to change the name to the Stanislaus Health Foundation in 2009. Her previous experiences have been as an Account Manager for a local advertising agency, Campaign Manager for a national non profit and Escrow Officer for a nationally title company. She has experience with event coordination, multi- event fundraising, leadership, board recruitment, accounting principals and understanding of legal property, title, tax and loan issues. The experiences have been a grooming ground for the multiple areas of knowledge needed to successfully manage and grow a Foundation.
Her volunteer activities and board directorship includes Student in Prevention Speaker (1987-88), Modesto Sunrise Rotary Member (2000-2004), Modesto Sunrise Rotary Interact Advisor (2000- 2001), Modesto Sunrise Rotary Newsletter Editor (2002-2004), Modesto Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and five-time Ambassador of the Month (2000-2002) and State Theater Board Member (2001-2003)
Mrs. Santino is married to David, E&J Gallo Research Winery Enologist, and they have two daughters Lauren and Jessica. She enjoys being with her family, spending time with friends and photography.
